X19 Oil questions

Well i just got a X19 and i was told it does not need to be -mixed- just that the oil is in a different spot and just change it sometimes.

anyways im wondering -before i even start it-

1.what kind of oil does it take??
2.what octane gas should i use 86-95???
3.when should i change the oil/HOW do i KNOW when to change it?
4.and the most important but stupid question is. where is the oil thing so i can change it? i cant seem to find it ANYWHERE on the bike??
5.is there any type of break in process like cagllari pocket bikes ect.?

it just got shipped from Pocket Bikes and Mini Bikes at MiniPocketRockets and i havnt even put gas in it yet becuse i want to know the answers to all these questions first so i know what to do to get it started.

also i was told the oil in it atm is VERY crappy and should switch it right away but i dont know where the thing is to change it or anything. =( ty for anyone who can answer those questions

PS. if you can find a picture of where the oil thing is and how to change the oiil on this bike it would be the best and very appreciated thank you.

im just kinda new to this becuse ive only been on pocket bikes and on like the X7/X8 bikes =(. so sorry for not knowing

Re: X19 Oil questions

first there is a drain plug on the bottom of your motor drain all that oil out and replace it with 3/4 quart sinthetic 10/40 motocycle oil. the gas should be 91+ and yes no mixing. i change my oil after every 10 rides or if im not riding alot i change it in like a month or so. if you have been on a pocket then you should have a good idea on how to maintain them the supers are noy to much different

Re: X19 Oil questions

dont break it in with synthetic oil you need non synthetic motorcycle oil for break in and its your choice after if you want to use synthetic or not X18 Information Thread. Take A Look, Please. read this also make sure you DONT take out the bolt at an angle its not the drain bolt the drain bolt is the larger bolt with a tab in front of it and to change the oil i do it every month even if it was barely used to break it in just vary the speed and dont go full throttle until 3-4 tanks

Re: X19 Oil questions

ok i left the oil that it got shipped with in it for now. and put 91 unleaded gas in it about a half a tank. now. break in is about 4 tanks? correct. if so cool and ty.

ALSO ONE MORE QUESTION i havnt tried to start it yet. i was wondering if the first start can be electric or do i have to kick start it untill break in is done?

Re: X19 Oil questions

ok the idle scerew is on the left side of the bike there is a little gray cap covering a hole, that hole is for the really long screw driver your bike came with. the idle screw is the top screw with the spring in it. turn that screw counter clocwise to tun the idle down and clock wise to turn it up. and ya about 4 tanks no full throttle untill you finish breaking it in

Re: X19 Oil questions

Ok. i think i got the hang of all of it. i know how to change the oil and i started it up and it started just fine. but havnt rode it yet. i wanted to ask first if the oil it got shipped with will get me through a few tanks of gas for the -break in- before i use synthetic oil? becuse i have to drive my car like 45 minutes away to get motorcycle oil/any oil.

so for break in will the shipped with oil be good? untill a few tanks? before i switch to synthetic?? j/w. ty. after this is answered im off to go riding hopefully.
