yep, as long as their is 4 mounting holes on your frame then it should be a direct swap

got some prices here

Brake with lever = 5
Stock crank = 5
Stock ported cylinder with piton = 10
Suspension with triple clamps =20
Handle bars with forks = 20
Tires = 25
Complete Full Fairing Set, seat is bondoed so it wont crack anymore = 30
Exhaust = 35
Frame = 45
Engine = 80

BBR Racing, I'm assuming the:

Rear Tire with Disc and 72 sprocket

You're listing comes with the wheel/rim and bearings. If they do would you consider $25 shipped?
