With membership & participation comes certain privileges.
NEW MEMBERS (less than 3 posts) Cannot PM other members, cannot upload attachments, cannot have an avatar, cannot have custom title, cannot have a signature. CAN post on threads and start threads, can vote on polls, can post profile
photos.
VERIFIED MEMBERS (3 - 49 posts) May store 3 PMs, can upload attachments, can have 200x200 avatar, can have signature 4 lines, 1
photo, can vote on and start polls, cannot have custom title
PBP RACERS (50 - 199 posts) May store 50 PMs, 250 x 250 avatar, 4 line signature w/1
photo, may use custom title (if you don't like PBP Racer)
SENIOR MEMBERS (200 + posts) 300 x 300 avatar 5 line signature w/up to 3
photos.
So if you are a new member and can't send a PM...Do not file a bug report.
