Hi, ejbagito. You should've made an introduction for yourself in the Introductions section, but that's okay ... welcome to the forums. If you start up a new thread, post some pictures of your bike so we can see what you have, and know better how to help you.
Alright so I finally made it home, and I got a new phone, so I took some pictures of the condition the bike is currently in.. and pics of the lights I was installing, and a pic of the bike glowing with the lights installed! The lights are awesome, and have over 50 settings, red, blue, green, white, purple, flashing, pulsing, scanning like the knight rider car, to many to list. maybe ill post a video for later, but for now enjoy these pics ..

Yo dude, I know exactly what your issue is with the pocket bike. What happened was that your 2-cycle / gas mixture didnt have enough oil in it, and the motor seized. There is only 1 way to determine if you need a new motor, so heres what you want to do:
1. Get a can of WD-40.
2. Remove the spark plug from the top of the motor.
3. Using the red straw that comes with a new can of WD-40, spray WD-40 into the motor through the spark plug hole. You want to saturate the inside of the motor with WD-40, so spray alot of it inside the motor.
4. Let the bike sit overnight with the engine soaking in WD-40.
5. The next day, spray a little bit more WD-40 into the motor, and WITH THE SPARK PLUG STILL REMOVED, SLOWLY pull on the pull start with as much force as you can without breaking the pull start. Dont yank it, just slowly pull it, but you will want to pull it with as much force possible. IF you are lucky, the piston will turn completely free, or it will move just a little bit.
6. If it comes free, then mix yourself a 25 to 1 gas mix, and run it through the break in process like it was a new bike. It should be good to go from there.
7. If it moves just a bit at a time, stop pulling, spray some more WD-40 in the spark plug hole, and begin to slowly pull again, and repeat this until it turns freely. Then mix a 25 to 1 gas to oil mix, and run it through the break in process like it was a new bike. Should be good from there.
8. IF THE PISTON DOES NOT MOVE AT ALL, then your motor is to damaged to be repaired, and you will have to purchase a new motor for your bike. Be sure to read the instructions on how to break in a bike properly, and make sure you mix the right gas to oil mix before running your bike to avoid this in the future..
THE GAS / OIL MIX IS THE MOST VITAL COMPONENT TO THE HEALTH OF YOUR BIKE. Just keep that in mind.. Hope this helps, and let me know how it goes..
sir p1s7ol thanks for the reply. how ever sir i can pull the pull start so probably i'll jst try 2 mix up a gas and oil 2 fire it up..coz after the incident i didn't try to do anything at all on the bike. i really didn't know what to do and i haven't known any mechanic or shop were in i can bring the bike to have it check but with you'r advice probably i'll just mix up a gas and 2t oil and try 2 fire up the bike... but sir 1 question is do u think the bike will start frm der b'coz it was unused for about 4-5months.. i do hope i cud get a positive feed back sir
Heres what I would do in your situation.. Since the bike has been sitting for so long, I wouldnt take the chance of running old gas/oil mix through the motor, so I would empty out all the gas thats in the tank, and in the lines and carb float bowl.. and then put a fresh mix of oil/gas into the tank, and purge that gas through the carb, and try to crank it up. If it doesnt start with the new mix in the tank, then the next thing I would check would be the spark plug. To determine if you have spark, you need to pull the plug, and then leave the plug in the plug wire, but set the spark plug against the frame of the bike somewhere where you can watch it when you pull the pull start. Then pull the pull starter and watch the plug to see if its sparking. If you get no spark, then I would troubleshoot from there. If you got spark, and the bike dont start, then the only two things left that would cause that would be fuel delivery or compression.. so hope that helps!
I agree completely, I just was going on the assumption that he was trying to just get it to start.. I would clean the carb though and the filter for sure. Oh and on that note: DO NOT RUN YOUR BIKE WITHOUT AN AIR FILTER ON THE CARB. I dont know why people run their bikes without filters on them, but ive seen many do it, and it is very very unhealthy for your motor. And here are the new pics and a link to the neon video.. I didnt do much, but it looks great so far IMO. Next comes the addition of the Techs. 5.0HP motor with ADA Filter kit. Cant wait to install it! Pics:
