110cc pocket bike motor for mini chopper

I just got this 110cc 4 stroke 4 speed pocket bike motor for my mini chopper.
all i got was the engine, no carb/exhaust or electronics outside of the starter and regular wires from the motor.

I was wondering if i could use my electronics (CDI, ignition box, etc.), carb & intake manifold from the 50cc engine currently on it. I havef looked at many of the electronics online for this engine and it seems like the electronics for the 50cc engines are good up to 125cc.

anyways i dont know much about this motor other then i google to model number stamped into it beneith the shifter (XYA152FMH-050307472) and everything points in the direction of it being 110cc and powerful.

any information about this engine would be greatly appreciated. As well as does it charge a battery and top speed.

will post pics as soon as i can

Re: 110cc pocket bike motor for mini chopper

The 50cc wiring harness will work for your engine as will the CDI.You might have to go out and buy sheilded bullet connectors to splice the wires together at the stator if the molex connectors dont mate up...

The chopper you have now should have a battery and electric lights so if you hook up the wires to the stator correctly youll have a charging system too...Most clone engines come with lighting capabilities unless you have an engine with a high performance inner rotor kit..

The carb you will need is a PZ-19 19mm carb to run it with 40/75 jetting. You can also mod it with a 20-22mm carb and a jetkit for either..

The exhaust for the 50cc should work on the new engine with a slight rebend or muffler attachment re-location

The cylinder should be stamped on the lower left side 107cm3 if its 110cc..

The top speed you can expect after a virtuous and gentle 4 tank break-in is 45-50 mph.
