X12 Low Power?

Hi everyone.
I have an X12 110cc that runs awesome.
Problem is it starts and runs with no battery great.
Lights horn blinkers all work fine.
When the battery is installed I still need to kick start it.
The electric starter does not work nor do the headlights horn or blinkers.
Once I kick start it everything works.
The battery has a full charge but the power light on the dash barely
lights. The blinker relay humms but the blinkers don't light.
I assume the headlights should come on with battery power
when it's not running.
Starter switch does nothing.
The fuse in the battery wire appears to be fine.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the advice, but it is a new battery.
It's fully charged actually has 14v.

Re: X12 Low Power?

When its running the stator on the charging system delivers 50 watts of power to charge the battery and run the lighting.....If the lights dont come on with the keyswitch you have a bad keyswitch ,melted wiring , bad battery terminals or poor ground...The keyswitch can be tested by the digital multimeter or the bottom cap on the ignition switch can be popped off to inspect to see if the terminals are still soldered onto the tabs..The chinese solder jobs sux..........Peace
