tools that should be added

Here is a list of some tools that should be added to here...

I would attach photos but my quota is full, and nobody answered my request for some type of help, so sorry!

#1 3-show pulley puller, for removing the flywheel and clutch.

#2 Calipers either digital, Dial, or vernier, for measuring Squish, or the Inside or outside diameter or depth of just about any piece that isn't longer than the calipers.

those two pretty much have to be added.

something that should be added but is not really understandable to most novices..

#3 Dial Indicator, for me this is key while checking for radial and lateral runout of tires and wheels.

for any who cares,
radial and lateral runout cause tire thump, or waddle, and will cause a rough ride and accelerated tire tread wear, and can also lead to conicity.

there are so many other key tools, but I don't want to spoil all the fun, I'm sure you guys will get em all...

Re: tools that should be added

-Good set of Allen wrenches/Allen socket set
-Good set of metric open-end/box-end wrenches (may need to double up on several sizes)
-Metric socket set, preferably star (12-point) sockets if you can get them
-Several screwdrivers of varying sizes
-Pliers: regular, channel lock, needlenose, vise-grips
-Crescent 9adjustable) wrench
-Spark plug wrench
-Rachet wrench
-Mini-rachet wrench (Sears sells a good one that is 1/4" on one side, and has a fitting for a screwdriver bit on the other - very useful for 90* angles, such as your air cleaner)

cheap tools, like zip-ties and JB weld. They can do wonders.

And for sure some krazy glue(to piece the plastic back together before you fiberglass it). Can be done at track with minimal problem.

Some 2 part epoxy and some gas-proof silicone(heat resistant), but above all, you gotta have some of the handy-mans secret weapon, duct-tape. lol. Don't leave home without it!

Cag, U Scag.
When you say bore light, do you mean one of those flexy long neck, light at the end of it thingma'jiggers? Cause yeah, they're handy all round. Use them at work to check die cutting clearances.

It's a gotta have it tool, for sure.

A 3/8 torque wrench?

And for the purpose of weight reduction watching (as your drilling and grinding and machining different odds and ends of this and that) a scale would come in handy, especially for match ups.

those flexi lights are good too... i was referring to a bore light that people use to look down gun barrels.. basically it's a mini flashlight with a curved glass cylindrical endcap that u stick down the barrel.

Ooohh, cool. I guess I'd find one at the local gun shop then eh?

The light comes out the end like a fiber optic, no?
