Get rid of the 4 wire module box and wire in a simple regulator/rectifier from an X-1 and buy a Battery tender trickle charger and wire the pigtail wire to the battery direct to put the search to rest quicker.......Why do you need the module box? Do you want to charge the battery,run the lights and have the ablilty to use the e-starter? If so....removing the module box and getting a rectifier with harness plug pigtail along with Battery Tender brand trickle charger ;- you can wire the two grounds,- wire the battery charge wire to the on/off keyed hotwire on the keyswitch and the voltage sense wire off the solenoid terminal coming off the starter plus the battery charge wire plug to the battery and be good to go and spend close to or the same as the module box to do it..................Peace
