best gearing combo?

Im planning on getting a 125cc base with a 146cc big bore with race cam and inner rotor kit and 26 or 28mm carb. What would be the best gearing ratio? I was thinking maybe a 16/28 or 17/28 since i already have the 17T.

i like to run 17/28 for cruising and i switch to 14/28 for track racing

15/22 would probably be good for all around
