well my friend messed with the screws and it ran ok. we went around the block just fine... came back to the house for about 20 minutes then we took off again. Then it just died... like it was out of gas. we got it to start again if he held the throttle open a bit and it barley made it back to the house. we filled the gas up and all it did was start for a few minutes then die. I can keep it running when chocked by giving it throttle as soon as I turn the choke off to go riding it dies.

ive cleaned the carb tried messin with the screws.

the carb looks like this one

Adjustable 4cc Carburetor.

and thats why they are nicknamed crap eye but you need to check the fuel filter, air filter, and then start the bike and while it is running just mess with the screws until it sounds good and runs right. Thats about all you can do with those POS the best thing I did to mine was wreck it.
