confused?? 15 hp or 6.5 hp??

okay so im a newb at pocket bikes and i saw on minipocketrocket.com that the x18 has 15 hp. however im looking at a used x18 and he says it has 6.5 hp. The x18 on the website is the new 2010 version so is there a difference between the different year x18s or are they all the same hp stock?? please respond and go easy on me im new. thanks

Any stock 110cc pocket bike engine, will never put out more than 8hp. So the guy saying 6.5 is probably really close or hes on the spot. Never trust what the ads on the internet say! With my x12 they said it could reach 80mph, never happened. They also said it had around 15hp also, total BS! If you want some power, throw away the stock ****ty motors and put in a Pitster Pro motor called the z155 or a gpx 160cc.
