Just out of curiosity...
Does the 140cc krp/yx engine just bolt onto a x18 frame??
Does the stock exhaust able to use with this engine?
Supposibly im getting my engine in 2-5 days because i paid extra for shipping..
I was thinking about going with a red/ black theme and got that black krp engine with red air filter... i'll be waiting longer for this exhaust, that im thinking about getting.. .should i?
or can you prefer me to a good exhaust

Yes your engine will bolt into the crate just fine.....

You can bolt the stock pipe on if you have to but a perfromance exhaust system is the way to go. And it really does let these engines achieve to their fullest...

I really just ordered it two days ago, but payed like 80$ extra to get here in 3 days.

But yeah... i can take the 110cc off and just put the 140cc in the place of it? i thought you had to do some work to yours? whats that about... and what kind of exhaust do you have?

I know I had to do some cutting of the front frame supports to fit it in because my is a X19 your X18 doesnt come with any front frame supports.

And i run the exchaust from PBU for 189.99 in the GS59 section of exhasut pipes.

So yes thats all you have to do is take the 110cc mtor off and put the 140cc motor and carb in place of it.

BTW what carb are you going to be running? Mikuni VM? OKO? Keihen?

NO! Not the stock 19mm carb on a 140cc!!!! Its stupid enough to runa stock excaust but a stock carb to thats just a waste of time and money if you ask me.

becuz if ur puttin a stock 19mm carb on a 140cc you will be lucky enough if the engine runs, lucky enough that it will even go anywhere. When you run such a small carb on a big motor, your very much restricting the motor from what it can do

It will run just a waste because your engine wants more air and fuel then that carb can get to it and the excaust will give the engine alot of back pressure and will bot add up to make a lot less HP then what the motor was meant to be at....

Engines usually come w/ MOLKT 26mm's. That might work but hasn't proven successful for me...

I would get a 26mm mikuni. I think there like $100.

XR 100's come with 26mm Mikuni carbs.....I have 4 of them somewhere in a crate...I got them all on ebay for a killer deal from a dirtbike salvager.....A couple carbs are like new and dont look like they were used very long and 1 looks like it hasnt been used at all.Good luck

I have a Yoshimura but I would go with the PBU since its easy installation...
