Custom 140cc x19

Well i dunno if its teh same thing but ive got a 140cc pitbike and though its fast 100mph as suggested at the start of this post is abit much for a stock engine.

I have the 140cc yx engine
Powerpipe
inner-rota kit
engine re-map
mikuni race carb.

In all it cost me around £710 and worth every penny!

Id say i get bout 90mph on a gd day :-)

wow jeese I didnt even know about the thread. But like Blitz said thses bikes arent cheap to build up and things really add u. I just purchased a all knew fairng set off of a guy on *************.com So the fairngs are good now. Im Putting a 160cc bbk in it and a large valve head.

sweet, I would get the race head before you get the 160cc bigbore. Or just get both....... Youll start to see the money really add up like I was saying for sure though.

Yeah lol, race heads come installed with the engine i'm buying, and yeah... money :P

My tranny in my 110cc is (*&$'t up... No 4 gear now and 2nd-- skips :P

NO it comes with a large valve head with 27mm 23mm valves. The race head is a 30mm and 23.5mm valve head made by trail bikes.... It is 209 bucks on tboltusa.com. It adds almost 2 hp though and the 160 and a cam almost 4 hp on top of the 12.5 I already have..... Dam my bike is gonna be fast after all the work done to it...

yeah, not much of a difference......many people get the large valve its a great upgrade. The race head isnt much better; ive tested both. Also hes adding porting and polishing as well, so itll be a set race bike; get ready.

Really... I have heard from so many people that the race head does alot of power gains. I know the 160cc does alot too.

Oh and believe me I have been ready for a race the day I was born.

But jeese so many people on planetminis says the race head does alot for a motor more rpms and torque gains

Plus I already have a large valve head with 27mm and 23mm ported and ploished by firepower minis. SO when I get a 30mm and 23.5mm head ported and polished, I will be selling my large valve head.

hmmm ported and polished? i might buy it how much are you asking shipped to 75025?

It looks pretty descent now...You say the X-19 is replica'd after a Suzuki....Its actually a rip off of an Aprilia.Most of the chinese x-bikes reproduced are rip-offs of Italian made bikes from Ducati and Aprilia.................Peace

Oh, i'm taking apart my carbwith my neighbor to try to find my problem..
fuel lines arent clogged and there's a crack in my 110 cc tranny causing the leak, got it taken care of.. the needle in my carb might be *****'t up. i'll see... working on this while i wait for engine

Big Big difference between the big valve head and the new race head in power gains. You'll notice as soon as you swap them out. Not only is the valves bigger in the new race heads.But all the ports also,so the new race head is gonna flow way more even in stock form.
I went from a 28in/23ex head to the 30in/24.5ex V2 roller head. I noticed instantly!( I know it's a roller head and offers a little more) But Blitz ran the new race head and i even saw the difference withmy own eyes. New race is better by far. I can't wait to slap one on my 146cc bike and one for the 110cc

Thanks SWheels. No one believed me. I just got the t300 cam and 160cc bore kit. I will get the race head though
