i did this to my 110cc midibke and it was good for 2 mph and a 1/2 sec. in the 8th mile which went from 15.30's to 14.80's 43 mph and my bike is stock and you can do this with ne pipe that has the rivets on the end of the silencer
step 1- take exhaust off step 2- drill rivets out to get silencer cap off step 3- cut silencer off about 1 1/2 inches from the end a little bit passed the rivets step 4- drill the holes for your silencer cap and screw it back on step 5- clean the welds up at the beginning of the head entrance on the pipe and if you can see welds then use a dremel to grind it down, then get the extra shavins out and put it back on
oh yeah it takes a while but just think about the money you save and the power you will gain
