i need help

ok i have an x15 i just bought for 80 bucks ya i know cheap but its in pretty rough shape it has no clutch cable it broke off but they still ride it and shift gears it that ok wil it damage anything??

also do they have governers cuz ive gotten it up to a lil over 40 mph but i want to know if its being restricted ??

u might just need to adjust carb for speed part but very bad shifting without clutch if its supossed to have clutch u will strip all gears i have like 7 dirt bikes i know
