I think im screwed(stripped screw)

I took one nut off my X6 enigine now i have another one to take off to get the engne off. But Its on it very tight and not even budging. I put alll my strengh into turing its and now the screw look pretty stripped. What can i do now. I didnt want to go to a shop with out havin the engine off or not go at all. But now i dont kno wat i can do. I dont have akot of money. If i take it to a shop can i pay them to just take off the stripped screw

i'm sure they will be able to take it off.

You could try drilling it and uing an 'easy-out' or screw extractor. Probably better to take somewherre though if you're not confortable doing it yourself.

yeah an easy out would worked even if the bolt head is broke off but a shop would proly do it cheaper than an easy out tool set would be

which bolt is it?? the main engine mounts or one of the smaller bolts that hold the covers on??

If it's the engine bolts you could take a Dremel and cut the nut off....

or you could just try some vise grips!!!

You could use a Dremel and grind it down or just drill it out. Brute force used in the right way usually works.
