WOW! You gotta be proud of your work. Man I wish I knew how to weld and fabricate like that. They dont offer automotoive classes now, like they use too.

The body fits the frame well...What makes it look weird is the offsets at the fork bottoms kicking the tire back making it look tight...If the axle was centered or forward of the tubes it would have that look you desire....

If you look carfully u will see that the fairing angle is not right, the engine is so big that the lower fairing are not big enough.

I dont like the look with the front fairing, first it looks like a whale because the lower part doesnt fit at all, there's 4" between the 2 plastic and it's too close to the exhaust, i would have to cut almost half the lower body on the right side.

I will try with another one, the CAG half-fairing to see if it's better.

Re: My custom built 110cc midbike

Ok,,,I can see from your view now and it seems like a pretty good one...When you least expect it the whole plan will come together,,,How can it not? ....youve come this far it up..Maybe a custom made body is in order....Keep up the good work and hit me with a surprise...Peace

some pics.
I could cut the lower fairing but the look will change a lot, maybe later, for now i wont use them.

My artistic ability are very low so making a custom fairing is out of question.

the half-fairing looks even worst i didnt take any pics, not worth it.

Great job. Is that rear rotor have enough clearance with a hard right lean?

No but since it's not for racing i dont care for now, The rotor would hit the ground if the bike is leaned more than 50 degree. But if i want to race one day i could buy another smaller rotor and move the galiper.

Great project you got going there, It looks awsome. I would suggest some pipe wrap, unless it goes under the fairing. Or you could go for a drag pipe. But otherwise it looks awsome, good job.

Re: My custom built 110cc midbike

I'm not the only one in a hurry to test it but i dont think a cat can shift.

The only thing missing is my gas valve, i should get it this week.

I will see later for the fairing when everything else is perfect.

it looks like you extended it out farther? i would like to do that to my bike i think it would look alot better but i definatly want to focus on the motor first.
