Anyone wanting to ride, race, in Minnesota it's coming soon. Let's get the pb community going we got all winter to do this. Email me or send me a pm for info.

P.S. To the people that run this site I hope that this post is legit not advertising just trying to find people around me so we can ride legally. If I should have done this another way please let me know. Thank you

there isnt a prob as long as your not advertizing a product. advertizing a race or track to race at is more than appreciated for us few midwest riders. I live in central iowa and would have no problem taking the trek to minn for a good race. it would be even better if you had a indoor track for winter.

indoor

I have already run at the track on Hwy 52. I forget the name of the place but you go north on Central ave. from 694. I think the place is called Pro Kart. I'll check back thru my paper work to find more info for their proposal.

I don't see why they wouldn't, but I am not sure at all. Sometimes people are funny about insurance and all, but I bet we could get them to go with some kind of waver.... Never asked.

This is what we had worked out at one point. I cant remember if we got it less or not.

At minimum, we need 10 people and the cost would be $62 (or so) a person. We would get the place to ourselves for 1 hour. That means we could drive for 60 min straight if you forarms could handle it.

[b] You have possibably 2 or 3 more riders here ,my son, myself , and a buddy from work , i bought 2 and a buddy of mine bought one , they are all cheap chinese bikes "daytona" style... anyone try the [i]"raceway to fun" on hiway 61 in Newport mn , or the old "Gasoline Alley they closed out on Central , i think that is in blaine
or the old amusement park in Burnsville off hwy 13 and co rd 5 they ripped it all out , but from what i saw the track is mostly there , just starting to get grown over , that or try Dakota County Tech school off Coutny road 42 in Rosemount , they have the road test training track , where they train cops and they used to let the real rockets run out there and from rumor
i think the prokart racers used to test out there

I am also in Bloomington , like RIGHT by the mall , i've been thinking about riding under the new IKEA at night , its lit , and only like 3 cars in the lot , best part is its covered , the store is above 1 of the lots
anyone that wants to drive around and check out places to ride , let me know..

or you can add me to a Buddy list on Yahoo Shadow_walker_88 that or email me Shadow_walker_88@yahoo.com , dont be afraid to say hi
the name is Jerimy

Pro Kart

I talked with the owners of Pro Kart yesterday. They are still very interested in getting Pocketbikes in their two tracks. Normaly they charge over 6 hundred an hour but because they want to help get Pocketbikes racing here they will give us a special rate.
I also proposed that they schedule pb's with karts. We race for ten minutes and then the karts go out for ten. We will spread our time out so you have a chance to rest between runs. It will also give you a chance to fix or adjust things on your bike.
Pro Kart would like to get 10 or more of us together on their Burnsville track to see how that track works for pbs. This will be a Demo for them.
Lets see a show of hand for the riders that are interested.
Badbartlby and I will be making fliers and putting them in some of the local businesses that sell Pb's.
I have riden in the Blaine Pro Kart facility and it was great.

I can post on mnsubaru if we need a few people to help fill in, I don't think that many of them have PB's other than me.
