1.) what do minorities have to do with pocketbike laws?
2.) if you have a lower income, then I would think it would be that much more reason for you not to ride on the streets and face a ticket potentially harmfull to paying your rent/bills etc.. etc...

And Pocketbike laws violate what part of social justice? I believe thats out of context, unless your still talking about minority justice and the general lack of reformation in law enforcement, including racial and economic profiling and blah blah blah. your changing the subject completely.
