Exclamation Sonny Viray is a SCAMMER!!!

Well, since there is no seller feedback forum I will post this here as a warning for others.
I purchased a Giannini R1 bike from Sonny Viray(donkeykong). Couldn't wait to get it. It arrives in ok condition. Then I start taking it apart for inspection and find many undisclosed problems.

Rear wheel barely spins due to chain being way too short/tight.
Rear brake caliper rubbing on rotor.
Frame is cracked at rear body/exhaust support.
Steering damper is semi-functional due to low fluid and seeping.

So I get the chain fixed and the rear spaced correctly and flip the rear wheel around on the hub so they are both turning same direction.

I'm working now on getting the frame welded up correctly so I try to start the engine. Won't start. I disassemble the carb because there is an oily residue in the tank and the fuel lines are oily. Found the carb completely full of oil. Cleaned it all up and checked the reeds. Put back together and put fresh fuel in and still couldn't get it started. I pulled so many times the pull rope broke. Pulled that apart and repaired. Lubed it because it was squawking on the return. Still can't get it to start. Finally get fed up and do a compression check. Found 30 psi. (How can that be with a good engine with a few races on it.) I take the cylinder off and inspect it and there it is. The piston ring is wedged in the groove and the cylinder is scored bad from a trasfer port to the top. Found a chunk of small end bearing cage (not any rollers) broke away and went up the side. This is scored too deep to hone and it is a Nikasiled cylinder.
That has cost an additional $400 to order a new cylinder kit from midsouth.

I have been very disappointed with this bikes condition because I was not made aware of any of these faults during the purchase. This is very bad business and a poor way to treat a fellow pocketbiker. I feel like I bought a $1500 piece of crap. Now that my venting is done. I hope people read this as a buyer beware. Careful what you purchase from Sonny Viray (Donkeykong).

I'm going to restore the R1 to pristine condition and want everyone to know that if and when I sell something on here I will fully disclose everything so you guys will not have to go through this and you'll know what you are getting.
