I talked to my team today right after the races, it was said to be a pretty darn good event.

Our boys, Sonnyboy and Jess (Team Devils Stable) supported by Steve, (I had to stay home and hold down the shop) had a pretty good weekend.

Qualifiers
In the qualifiers Jess took pole in Superproddy, and Sonny with a lowside only managed a 14th, and in Open Jess took 2nd and Sonny 4th, both running open 40's.

Mains
Well in the finals things were apparently not so groovy. Jess did take 1st overall in Superproddy (big congrats there), but both getting DNF s in Open due to exploding clutches. Sonny apparently had another rider go down right in front of him (in Superproddy), t-boned him and had his own bike flip up and bean him in the squash, taking him out for the race.

I did hear that overall it was a very good event, and really wished I was able to make it, don't let anyone tell you that running a PB store is always fun.

Both of these guys (Jess & Sonny) are some of the nicest people you could want to meet and both have unbelievable talent on the track, it is a pleasure to have them pilot our bikes.

Next big one for us is the USMGP Nationals in AZ.

i had a great time at this event.

in the semi-finals i DNF'd b 4 the white flag from my peg getting caught in a crack around the "go fast"right sweeper into the haybails. wow. it was a blast!
as for my brother...he wasnt having a very good day. the cag wasnt running that good. i was having some clutch problems in the super proddy class...but its all good. i was just there to have fun.

anyone have any pics or vids?

yes...I am looking forward to seeing the results. we drove 34 hours round trip to race and not know where I finished...

The top 3 were predictable; Jess, Jimmy D., Robbie and Bern were all up there in super proddy and open. 24 riders enrolled in the super, 18 qualified in the open. I know I passed a few guys after I got taken out, and would like to know much my lap times improved...

And I have about 150 Photos that I will post if the results are posted...

Wink BMS generation 2 Prevails

I got the chance to ride the BMS generations 2 (you might have saw me out there, I was the only one on the BMS Generation 2 that was the JORDAN baby blue color), thanks to smoking pocketbikes. Boy that BMS gerneration 2 PB is it a bad *** bike, and would just like to thank smoking pocketbikes for giving me the oppertunity for racing it! I wished that I could have finished with it, but Sh.t happens and it is all part of racing. The main in Superproddy was to me was the best race of the weekend.

As for race results in the main for superproddy, I was just in back of Bern, meaning in second place, 2 laps just before the race got RED FLAG. Boy did I hate that RED FLAG.
Then we all restarted again and let the people in the back have a chance to catch the front 5 that broke away, and boy were we broken away from the group (maybe the whole 1/2 of the straight from what I saw on my Video cam in just 4 laps, quite amazing to me if you don't mind me saying so).

Then the green flag drops again, and we all rush for the sweeper. Found myself in 4rd right in back of the Santos boys and Jess, with 8 laps to go. But all comes to an end after that lap because I get bonked up in the rear and the Pinion gear comes off. How it comes off, still amazes me till now. It was a great race, that I wish I could have had a chance to see end. But it is all good.

I guess that we can all tango again at either arizona for the USMGP race, or even the Las Vegas x plex in september.

We were on the edge of our seats watching the kids battle it out. The first two days were pretty low key, but when the race day came the pace was picked up.

The battles for positions were all over, not just up front.

Congrats to Rocky, Bennie, and TJ for the top three in both 4.2 and 6.2 juniors.

For the novice juniors they all rode great. Not one of the riders gave up no matter what happened. Colton with the win rode consistent and Austin rode very aggressive coming back from a pretty good get off.

Cedric of BMS traveled a very long time to join us at this race and a few things he shared with us was that he was very impressed with the number of riders that showed to race with such short notice. He was happy to see that the media was so involved, and he really enjoyed the announcer.

Cedic said that in Europe the events are not anywhere close to the showmanship as what he saw in this event in regards to the media coverage. He made it very very clear that the trip was well worth his time and money to be able to witness such an event.

Just think this was a karting event to begin with and the pocketbikes were just an addition. I believe the pocketbikes out numbered the karts and they had way more notice.

We had a great time, and would also like to see the data on the races. Lap times and results.

Ted, the next big one for you guys is at your Track Sept 11th. Matt and I will have the details out shortly... We are bringing it home for you guys due to your support at this event as well as the AMA event. I'll have the press release next weekend.

Also to clarify, the September Event in Vegas is being moved to Nov. Dates to be provided as soon as we get the deal lined up with the Hotel. I am arranging that event and we are trying to line it the week ending the SEMA Event.... we will have tons of inside exposure through to 100,000 plus attedance this show brings in. Mine, GoFastas well as Alien Motors Connections will be working hard on this event.. plan to see new things. I will also have a press release for that out shortly.

Everything will be posted on ******** for now until the tallboypro.com website is up and running.

Wink Devils Stable At Stockton

Here Are A Few Pics Of The Boys " Jess & Sonny" At Reno's Race.we All Had A Good Time And The Turnout For The Pocketbikes Was Really Great.I Can't Express How Proud Of The Boys That I Am For The Great Racing That They Put On, And To Jess For The First In Superproddy, To Bad That Sonny Got A Bike To The Head During The Race So He Had To Pull Out, I Am Sure That He Would Of Also Finished In The Top 4 If He Would Not Have Had To Pull Out. In The Open Class I Will Take The Blame For Their Bikes Taking A Sh*t On Them, Even Though I Had Almost No Control Of The Issues Lol Jess Lost A Clutch Shoe And Sonny Got A Vapor Lock In Gas Tank, Oh Well See What Hapens At Arizona.

I Would Also Like To Thank All The Other Racers And Teams That Came Out To Support This Race, Together We Can Keep The Sport Of Pocket Bike Racing On The Rise.look Forward To Seeing You Again At Arizona.

1. "Go Fast" sports drink scion. The stuff tastes a bit like strawberry, and I really liked it. The heat however prevented me from consuming much of it. Too bad they don't seem to sell it in Washington
