Just got my 4.2 motor, and I was planning on sticking it on my Steel GP2. But since I talked to Ted (ruler of the SMRCC), he said that I could only run a stock 4.2 polini stamped pipe on the GP2 steel because that is the one that is produced with the bike.

I don't think that this is fair concidering that the DM comes with a Bizeta looking pipe on its 4.2. Which is Fatter in all aspects!
So I am now selling the Steel GP2 Rolling chassis, wish I wasn't but have to now with this rule, on the forum! I have decided to switch one of my DM's, which is the one with the 50cc since there is no class over here, with the 4.2 motor so that I could run the Bizeta looking pipe and won't have any HP differces with the two pipes. So this will make me even with you guys that are using the DM's and the RR's in the 4.2 class which uses the Bizeta looking race pipes.
Even if you guys used a restrictor plate on your bike, I don't think it wouldn't restrict the chamber from filling up with all that exhaust. I wished that I could have used the 910 gp2 steel with the DM pipe, but Ted feel other wise.
THere is no questions about the Polini 4.2 stamped pipe against the Bizeta look alikes. Which one actually produces 4.2 HP? What are your responses?
