What is a CAG??

Sorry if this sounds a bit stupid? But What is a CAG? I've been riding Polini's for a while now and not come accross this name yet?

The first Chinese pocketbikes that arrived in the U.S. back in November of 2003 were called Cagllari's. So hence, the name "Cag" is just a nickname for Chinese pocketbikes.
