theres a dealer located in Canada (not sure exactly where) and is an ebay seller, i just bought mine for 132.50$ US w/ 109.95$ US shipping, total came out to i think 316$ Canadian. I will be recieving the bike on tuesday, but by the looks of the pictures, it looks like the swingarm is removeable

we have 2 giovanni bikes, they are good quality. I am 6'4, 210 lbs, and they are exactly what i was looking for, something to cruise around. I can't make it up steep hills, but my brother 140lbs? can make it up. Starts on first pull every time. On flat ground on a road, while someone followed in the car, got'r up to 60km's (not me my 140lb bro, not sure how fast i go but im guessing something similar, just takes longer to accelerate for me). Lot of fun.
i live in oakville like 30 min away from toronto and i got my bike from wesellit on ebay. i payed like 300 and picked it up in a store in waterloo. if u go on ebay u would prob find 1 the brand name is like zoomini
