Talking HOW-TO: Upholstering a saddle coway (photos)

Here I put a manual to construct to us a quite comfortable saddle.
Materials: Plywood wood, to cuter, foams, 4 screws and 4 nuts, polipiel (cuts) and staples.
We cut to the wood following the forms of the original saddle.

We took the measures on the foam (in mattresses-shops) and with a knife or cuter great we cut the foam.

Now we blocked the screws so that they do not give returns us when tightening. With two subject staples affluent it will be worth to us.

We put the foam on the table with the screws inside and upholstered with polipiel, putting staples to polipiel nailed on the wood. This it is the result.
