Hey Capra....man I had a great day seeing you all this afternoon! I forgot how much I loved to ride these little things! The weather although a bit chilly-was actually pretty nice considering it is January 22!
My Lot here in Md. is very large and smooth. No slick lines or tar anywhere. We had a very fast track today with an upward sloping figure 8 style track with a fast hard strightaway that slammed right...before entering the upward 8's.
Juan and his son Fernando was really practicing hard out there all day! Fernando with some practice will be getting in some peoples race lines for sure come April! Juan as always loves to ride and just be a kid!!
Dave and Patrick came fully equipped with trailer and all. Dave "Fred Sanford" Pumphries I swear had about 1/2 acre of land used up with nothing but bikes and parts....wait till you see the pics!! LOL
MInimotoman came up with his new ride...an almost new Polini 910 that I rode real quick....that thing is fast....put on a 90 pound rider.....oh my! He will be a force for sure this year.
Weclome Harvey (Bandit 911) He hung out all day and was actually a pleasure to have around as he helped everyone unload-change jets.etc. He got a chance to ride my E13 and a 910....he will easliy transition into a racer over the next few months!
I rode a bit, but with a bad back....I didnt push too much
..I was dicing it up with Juan and fernando for awhile and I had a blast. Saige and Blythe stopped by after modeling school but didnt ride but joined us for our meeting later in the day~
Jeff-austin-Nick came as we were finishing up. Great seeing you guys again.
The meeting went very well. We got TONS of issues straigtened out!! I will start other threads to update everyone. Thank you to all who attended. We all felt this meeting was a huge success and look forward to 06~
