YSR & Motard ******** class?

Wassup guys,

Was wondering if you had a YSR or Mini Motard class down there? Plan on getting out of mini "mini" motos, and steping it "up" a bit and would like to attend a few races next season down there.

Thanks!
-Dave

OHH REALLY???? You didn't even really race your RR that you bought last month? ANd now a YSR... COME ON BRO, BUT ANYWAYZ.....

Yeah they do have a 50cc shifter class that races YSR's with NSR's, TZM's, 110cc motards, ect. And you gotta make it down to GRANGE if you start racing minimoto's. It's one of the best tracks out here on the WEST COAST for minimoto's/ pocketbikes. Got my taste of it last weekend, and all I gotta say it is the BOMB!

But really, you gonna start traveling, DAVE? You should probably start at Stockton though.

Re: YSR & Motard ******** class?

Many thanks to the Nor Cal Boyz for trek'n it down to "La Grange" (love that track!)

Dave, we most definitely would love to see you and anyone else on "shifters" come out for some races next season! I started off road racing on a YSR, then picked up X-bikes and pocketbikes (cag and DM) to 'hone' some skills on the track. ********'s program really focuses on progression. The basics I learned on pocketbikes made me that much better and smoother once I hopped back on a shifter. I learned so much (you'd never know it when I'm out there getting lapped by the leads though! hahahaha!). But the fundamentals learned from minis are key.

Our new class for next season should be interesting: mini-Thunder GP "4-stroke" shifters up to 125cc. This will include the x12s and X15s, as well as XR-50s, Thumpstars, etc.... And of course we have the 50cc and 80cc shifter classes as well. We'll have our finalized 2006 season rules available after Nov. 30th.

Take care and good luck buying your next bike!

Vivian

Re: YSR & Motard ******** class?

Thanks for the info. Vivian! I plan to head down there next season for sure!

Another Q's: Will the 125 shifter class be an unlimited type of class or will it be stock excluding some basic bolt on's?

Thanks,
-Dave
