Talking The Bay Area Represented @ VEGAS!

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to recap the Vegas trip. Let me remind you that the racers from this event were the of the best in the Country. It was great meeting and riding with the top riders from all over the country, especially TEAM GRC on there RR's, and TEAM DC MINIMOTO on there ZPF's. There must have been over 35 riders in the Proddie class, 35 riders in the 40cc open, and 20 riders in the unlimited 50 class. All was well except a little technical trouble with a couple of Kwazi members.... Sorry SB (blown motor), Den (broke carb), and Bryan (Bizeta motor problem)....

But all in all, it was a great weekend for racing. If you talk to anyone that rode the track, I think that there is only three words for it, "IT's THE SH!T". I had a great time spending 3 days at that track with everyone there. I think that we represented BIG out there, and showed that there are riders on the WEST COAST! Here's a recap of some of the racing results. Sorry if I forget a few, but will try to find a site with the correct standings later on in the future! There were 2 mains, with 2 seperate winners in this race.

1st main:

40cc proddy: 1st- Anthony Manio, 3rd - Jezy G.
50cc unlimited: 3rd - Anthony Manio
4.2's: 1st - Jezy G, 2nd - Al (from Sucka free racing)

2nd main :

40cc proddy: 1st - Anthony Manio, 4th - S.B, 5th- Bryan
50cc unlimited: 3rd - Anthony Manio
4.2's: 1st - Jezy G.

I had a lot of fun out there, and plan on racing Nationals again. If you guys have a chance next time, I think that it was a lifetime moment that is charished. Well see you guys out on the track.... Later

It was great to see all the Cali folks come out and play. Little Mario has a tremendous respect for the Kwazi team as well as many of the rest of you folks. It was great to see Little Mario go out and ride with the Prodi class on Jezzy's and Ted's bikes! He sure had a blast!

Just also wanted to pass along Little Mario's thanks to Ted Simpson, for believing in him and providing him with the opportunity to race and have fun. Way to go everyone, we will see you in October in Stockton.

Cheers,

Big Mario
