SMRRC Banquet CANCELLED!

Sorry all, but basically due to lack of interest we are pulling the plug on our 2006 awards banquet at Mallards in Stockton. We still have only received roughly 15 entries and out of those, less than half are recipients of awards. For those that have already sent in you entries you will be receiving them back shortly.

In place of the banquet I propose giving out the awards on our March 4th open track day coming up. I think it will be a better way to get folks all out at the same time, plus you get the benefit of some track day riding. What do you all think?

So I apollogize to those that did send in your entry on time and showed your support but in the end we just did not have enough to secure the room. I will try and notify those that don't frequent this forum and would appreciate others passing on the word.

Absolutely!!! You could punch that thing out to a 200cc if you want and still come out to a track day. Now racing it...unfortunately as you know, we've cancelled the open class. Sorry.
