Steve,

Thanks for sharing and congrats to you & your son taking home trophies :thumbup

As for weather, imo, it didn't seem too bad......compared to racing at Praire City this time of year ........ 90's........YIKES!

Saturday practice crash

Great pictures, Steve!

I wish I was there to race. I had a unfortunate crash with my FF on the chicane on Saturday during practice. I may have fractured my rib, again. Had XRays done yesterday and I am at home waiting for Kaiser to call with results. Hopefully, it just a bruise rib and not fractured. It wasn't a fun crash. I didn't feel the pain until later in the evening. My right meathook fell off causing my right foot to slip off and forcing my chest to hit the fuel tank. Time to buy a chest protector. This crash spooked me BIG TIME but I got back on the track next session with my stock cag. During the crash I cracked my seat, messed up my left handgrip, moved my handlebar out of alignment, and bent my rear sprocket. It sucks but that's part of racing.

Oh well, a least I have a whole month of recovery time for the next month's race.

Thanks you guys!! Ya it was a little hot, but there was a little breeze that helped. I got a little action, I just raced in the stock cag class though, Brandon raced 3 classes. so kept me somewhat busy..

I also want to thank Team Alien Motors for making the long trip up from Las Vegas It was Great to get to meet you guys as I didn't get a chance in Fontana, Great group of guys and not to mention Fast as well. Thanks for helping us support our track.

I hope mviray (Mike) is ok as he took a spill on Saturdays practice, he didn't make it out Sunday, so hoping your ok Mike!!

*Just seen your post Mike, well I hope there's no fracture and hope you a speedy recovery!*

Saturday at practice Sonny told me Francis was coming out on Sunday to video tape the races. He was there.. so I'm pretty sure he was filming. Can't wait Laps Baps and Mishaps 4!

Thanks Mike! I hope you make it out to the track sometime!..We have one racer here that has a nice GEM ...You need to bring yours out or even dust off one of your cags or the 2.5 and race it. Or even better yet race the GEM of yours. + don't forget the sunscreen...lol

Cool

Hey whats up Fellas! just want to congratulate everyone for their winnings...great racing as always from everyone. Thanks again to the Santos brothers (Team TDS, Alien Motors) for coming down to Stockton and representing, hopefully other competitors come out and join the fun next event.

As for me...d@mn, my shoulder is still sore from the fall, but things happen...but all in all it was another lucky day for me.

I would like to thank Steve our team mechanic and teammate for working on my bikes all day, thanks again Steve....(oh yeah, hey Jess, thanks for giving me a chance...haha)

See you all next race,
Sonny Mendoza
