Looks like jeff and i will be leaving the pocketbike community. I just bought a rs 125/80 i rode it for the first time last night. If any of you are familiar with Elenas 125/80 you will know what i'm talking about. When i got done riding i went to get back on my pocketbike to set it up for this weekends race. I hated it. It was like when i bought my proddy and told myself that i was going to keep riding my cag. Jeff also got a taste of the new bike,, and like crack, one ride was enough. All the bikes will be sold after this race. so if anyone knows of a deserving person let me know. I will be posting adds later this week for all 5 bikes
Man, you gonna go with the RS125/80 aye? Why don't you get a NSR or a YSR so that we can still bump shoulders on the track? Well Tim, I know that your bikes have been well taken care of, and you got a TON OF PARTS...... So I might need a couple of things in your parts bin, maybe even the FINLY 50cc!
Sorry to see you go, maybe Next months pocketbike race at Stockton will change your mind. Peeps from up north and down south are going to make it out for the September race. So the 40 + racers that month might just change your mind.
oh yeah and then some!!! the track setup this time has a slow section in the bike, but i can get to 4th on the straight. what a ride!!! Jeff is completely addicted to it. He pulled it out of the garage and had to rip up and down my street ****ing off my neighbors because he can't wait til the weekend to ride it again. Sure Anthony I'm sure we will have a blast with all the people coming from the north and south to race,, and we will keep riding them until they sell (except for the 4.2), but we are committed now to getting another one for jeff to ride before next season.
Also yes Anthony all parts and bikes need to be sold. I have the Zinnetti 50(15.5HP), Mine and jeff's Super Proddy, And our super fast 4.2's.. I will put pictures of each bike with complete specs when i get time to get picts Other than race action shots.

I think that bike is ugly... its not even like a pocket bike. If you want to go that big why not just buy a real bike? I am not trying to hate on it. but a pocket bike is fun because its so small and cool looking that thing is just ugly and big, looks like a wannabe sports bike that is retarded.

That bike is a real bike, it is a 125 GP bike with an 80cc 2t motor dropped in for classification reasons, and it was never intended to be a "pocketbike".
A pocketsbikes whole existance was originally intended as a stepping stone to GP bikes. Valentino Rossi started racing for Team ZPF when he was a kid, and now is reigning GP champ, but I suppose you probably think those bikes are big and stupid to.
As for Tim, he has gone and taken the next step, and moved from a 50cc Open class pocketbike (as well as a 4.2 and a Superproddy) and into the realm of real race bikes. Full suspension, 5 speed gear box, etc.
Go back and re-read your post, it is nothing but "hating on it" since you used words like "wannabe sports bike", "ugly" and "retarded".
Why don't you shut your cakehole and show a little more respect to the Sr. members here, you can mouth off after you have been around for more than a month.

Ditto to what Demon spit said. And... a 125 is a "wannabe sports bike" in no way shape or form. It is a more serious bike than any bike you have ever ridden.... or will probably ever ride. They are designed, and built with the sole purpose of winning on the race track. Unlike all street bikes, they are focused only on performance and nothing else. No sacrifices were made in order for them to be street legal, pass emissions regulations, or be low maintenance enough for the average idiot to own one. They take a very skilled person just to tune and maintain them, not to mention a very skilled rider to be fast on one.
Anyone that races bikes or knows anything at all about motorcyle racing has respect for the 125's and what they are all about. From your comments, its apparent that you are not one of those people. There are plenty of bikes that have higher top speeds, but when it comes to crazy late braking, high corner entry speed, and carrying speed through corners, 125's are in a class of their own. You can see the picture in my avatar of My former "retarded" 94 honda rs125r, it had 49 rear wheel horse power and a top speed of almost 150 miles per hour. Do you have a clue of what it feels like to drag a knee at speeds like that? But since I must not have "looked cool" while doing it, I guess it doesn't matter.
My point is that the guy who started this thread should congratulated on his graduation from racing pocket bikes into the world of full size motorcycle GP racing. He was being congratulated by the people who know him and then you had to chime in and spew a bunch of garbage and prove to the world how ignorant you are. Please have some respect and feel free not to post if you don't have anything worthwhile to contribute.
My apologies to the guy who started the thread for my interruption. Congratulations and I am sure you will have a blast with that RS80. When I get back to the states, that is exactly what I want to get back into racing. The magic of a 125's suspension and brakes is something that only a person who has experienced them can truly appreciate. Best wishes -Dylan

One day when you get a chance or if someone offers watch the MotoGP 125 guys nothing to much different besides the power plant. If you have never rode one try it then you'll understand it's a real bike.
