Thats a good question! Was wondering that one myself. There was a basic outline at the last PIR race that all in attendance felt pretty good about.

Mark had a detailed listing of the rules for 2006 that was composed of the recent industry engine additions and other items from the rules meeting at the last PIR race.

I think this is something that we can try to cover the next race weekend. It's not the best time to try to work out issues like this, but most everyone will be there. I do have the latest copy Mark sent. I would hate to see any rework of the general rules we have or a complete rewite, but if there are ideas you have, lets talk about them.
