Exclamation 2005 AMMRA Pro Pocketbike Series

Here is the info on the 2005 AMMRA Pro Pocketbike class.
If you have any questions, please voice them here or contact AMMRA.

AMMRA's 2005 Pro Series consists of 5 events.
June 4, Rialto, CA. - July 10, Kyle, TX. - August 6, Fremont, CA. - August 27, Salt Lake City, UT. - September 17, Las Vegas, NV.

Pro payouts are as follows at all five AMMRA pro Series events : 1st place $150...2nd place $100... 3rd place $50
Payouts for pro series point champion in pocketbike class are : 1st place $600... 2nd place $400...3rd place $250

Pro PocketBike
Engine Size : Maximum Displacement 50cc single cylinder
Fuels : Gas / Methanol
Reeds : ALLOWED
Rotary Valves : NOT ALLOWED
Water Cooling : ALLOWED
Mounting : ONLY bolt on engine swaps are allowed (4,6)
Transmission : Single Gear (7)
Electric Conversions : NOT ALLOWED
Qualifier Round : 10 laps
Last Chance Qualifier : 10 laps
Finals : 20 laps

Yes, Italian bikes are allowed. It's $50 to enter. Most bikes in the pro class are Italian. This season there should be some water cooled cags also.

Here is info from the rulebook...
A MINIMUM of $300 will be divided between the top 3 finishers in each of the 3 pro classes at all five AMMRA pro series events. This does not include any prize awards.

Following the 2005 AMMRA World Finals, a MINIMUM of $1300 will be divided between the top point leaders in each of the three pro series classes. This does not include any prize awards.

There will be 4 in Rialto, California and the Finals in Las Vegas on September 17th.
We also have a pocketbike only event in Salt Lake City with more cash payouts.

AMMRA will be giving out a minimum of $180 in CASH to the top finisher in the Pro Pocketbike class at all 5 point series events.

After the 5 race series is complete, AMMRA will divide up another $1300 to the top 3 point finishers in the Pro Pocketbike class.

There is no charge to be an 2005 AMMRA member and all members get a free tee shirt, competition licence and online profile.

2nd and 3rd place finishers also get a cash payout of $70 & $50.

Registrations are coming in for the season opener in Rialto, CA.
Seems alot of SoCal racers want to win money!

Also, there is a non-pro pocketbike and superbike classes.
