I have one with the same style motor but it is fully automatic and it is the 110cc version of that motor, it does not have any plastic on it like these do. I have a bunch being built for me in production right now with aluminum 17" front wheels and what not, if you are interested just let me know.

Too bad their not street legal, I would pick one up. The motor looks like one of those xr50 clone motors.

4 speed 70cc mini chopper - looks street legal but has a huge gh3y taillight!
only problem is that they are not fully manual - meaning they ahve no clutch lever - instead they are semi automatic - you shift but you don't use a clutch.

i tried to import these too - but the manufacturer said that they would not send me the 70cc but would send the 49cc!

yeah, it's just too large!
if it were smaller it would still keep its street legality (providing you had it registered with your state MVD and had it insured - and had a motorcycle endorsement - not sure about emissions laws though - as i am pretty sure that 50cc is the cutoff for no emissions testing!)
