4 stroke chopper carb tuning and spedo problem

Hi anybody have any tips on carb tuning? the larger jet with the spring on it is for adjusting at idle correct? is the smaller screw up and to the left of that jet the jet high flow jet or are these only one jet like the pb's? next question my spedo don't work?? i have the cable hooked up correctly behind the spedo and at the wheel it is a mechanical speedo any suggestions?
Thanks
Tim

ok i got the speedo figured out too, the instructions don't say which way to mount the forks, not that i read them in the first place so i used common sense and mounted the brake on the same side as the master cyl. well that was wrong took the forks off and turned them around now the speedo works just fine. I may in fact be mentally retarted..............

hey im trying to install a speedo on my chopper, it's a basic mini chopper speedo with the speedo in the middle the battery signal on the right and lights on the left. It does not have a plug for a drive unit wire or anything like that.

Any ideas of how to install this? thanks
