Arrow 4 stroke, 4 speed, ebay cag?

Hey these popped up on ebay. Anyone seen them or know if they are any good? Auction #7116952798

"This newest 2005 powerful 4 stroke mini super bike is equipped with a 49cc Four-Stoke engine capable of top speeds up to 70mph!" (Cough! BullCrap!) anyway it goes on...
" A semi-automatic transmission gives the rider the ability to switch from neutral to 4 different gears with the pedal shifter. There are many upgrades for this bike such like high performance AIR FILTER, HP twin muffler and many more."

Motor power rating: 49cc
Engine:49 cc Single Cylinder Forced Air-cooled 4 Strokes
Transmission: Semi Automatic 4 gears
Start the engine:kick start
Speed: > 65mph depending the conditions
Dimensions 130x37.4x74cm
Revolving Mode:Chain drive
Brake System:Front and Rear Disk brake
Suspension: Front & Rear dual hydraulic spring suspension
Exhaust System:Twin tail-pipe muffler
Biggest Tank Capacity: 3.5L
High Performance Air Filter
3.5HP Super Powerful!
Fuel: Regular unleaded gasoline. No need mix gas and oil.

So I don't want to be the first to get some prototype China bike. But I'd like to get into something like this if they don't suck.
Also, Does any reliable dealer like PBP Sponsors sell these? I Don't like chancing it over ebay.
Anyhoo, Your thoughts?

These guys obviously race these things... (haha). Did you see the picture they have labled as "Powerful Muffler"? Man if I had a muffler like than on my L7 I am sure my butt would be happier...

I have a new 4 stroke / 4 speed 70cc bike and after racing my mates with 49cc 2 strokes my bike kills em in acceleration and top end.

The 4 speed auto clutch gearbox makes alot of difference to the single gear on the 2 strokes.

Well, the auction is gone, the seller is gone, what an anus.
Scammer is right,...I feel sorry for the guys who bid.
I'd still like a 4 stroke 4 speed, but the rest don't look too cool yet. I'll wait till March to get one, and hopefully they're a bit cheaper as well as improved.
Let me know if anyone sees something...
