47cc Cag Engine Problem

When I am riding my 47cc Cag at WOT Top Speed and after like 100 ft of riding it starts bogging down and then shuts off, does anyone know what could be the problem and how I could fix it?

Got the jet pro 1st pipe you cant take the packing out.You dont want to take the packing out.Bike may sound different and ruin your performance. With a stock carb the fuel line flows good.
