BadAzzToyz Review: 40mm CoolHead Head Kit

Review is on the BadAzzToyz CoolHead Head Kit 40mm, $68, best part you can get for your bike....

Well, I got this headkit about 1 week ago, Right When I got it I took some pics of it, the qaulity it wonderful, came in a nice neat package, nothing was messed up, I have pics below, My Bike is a half fairing cag, mods are:
Ip2 pipe
5 port head
BAT coolhead
Ported carb
fg .5mm reeds
Kevlar clutch
6/68 gearing
6 fin flywheel
one piston ring
.8mm squish
ngk race plug

and some other stuff, Well Before I got the head kit, I had a 4 petal with stock reeds, I got 10720 verified with a sendec fs-500 tach that I have, thats without load and without chain/tire..
Install:
First thing, I took it out the box, I added the head on, then I put the copper gasket, then the head kit, and screwed it on with no base gasket, found out that it hits the top of the piston, I added a gasket, and then it felt like a huge increase of comp, then I checked squish and it was set at .2mm, thats why, I add another gasket, and it feels about right, I measure squish I have .8mm, with these types of head kits, if you go .5mm you will be at 16:1-17:1 cr, so I did .8mm squish, I pulled on the starter, and heard a hissing sound, and when it started, it would rev all over the place, therefor, there was a leak, I inspected all over the engine, and found out it was from the spark plug, I added some teflon on the threads and it stop leaking, I started it now and it was fine, I started, set the right idle at 2400 rpms, then I started to warm it up, the low end was nice, the mid was better then stock, and the top was insane, I couldnt even believe it...Then I left it, and let it cool off, I took it for a little spin to ride it around, and then I put it on the stand, it hit 12440, yes thats right 12440, if you dont believe me, I made a little video, it shows you how the bike spins the back tire, and the tach showing the reading of 12440, too bad I couldnt rev the bike up to 12440 because the clutch was slipping after a while and it wouldnt get over 11560, but it shows you the readings of when the clutch wasnt slipping, my friend's goped hit 12320, and I beat it by 120 rpms and mine had to go through much more stuff to spin the back tire then his, but the parts came safely, there are some pics below, I will try to post video asap....
John

When your done using it I need it back. Ive been looking everywhere for it. Next time just ask if you need to borrow something. Good job on the motor....how high does it rev under load. You should wet sand your cylinder down to get that squish closer to .5mm.

tape a sheet of sandpaper to a piece of glass (borrow from a picture frame) to get it totally flat. if you can just get it under .7mm, you'll be fine. get that **** video hosted!

if he makes the squish any tighter it may not run very well due to the coil on a cag is very weak and the more pressure from the increased compression ratio will make it harder for the spark to jump the gap

Im running this kit with .69mm squish. Could this be the reason I just cant get the top end to go any further? Im topping at around 10,500 with load. Im going to switch the DS reeds to .4mm CF.
