Bike power surging?? HELP

Gday guys,I am new to this forum as you can see: I recently bought a chinese air cooled bike from the Aussie Ebay see this: http://cgi.*********.au/ws/eBayISAPI...e=STRK:MEWA:IT .It was running okay until recently ,now it seems to jump/surge at high rpm?? it runs okay at lower speeds but when you hit high revs the bike seems to jutter in power like when the distributor points in your car need replacing.I only have the STANDARD carby onboard wich is my second one as the one that came with the bike just refused to run correctly!,We recently fitted a(racing airfilter) standard ones are rubbish!!.I also put on a POWER PIPE? = http://cgi.*********.au/ws/eBayISAPI...e=STRK:MEWA:IT I think it could be a carby problem?? and is very anoying.I have a problem with the chain rubbing on the framework as well!!!!,look at the 3rd pic down? on the first link I provided (Back view of bike) you can see the angled pipe on the frame behind the chain ,the chain rubs on this!!.I dont know how to stop this??,my brothers bike doesnt have this problem cause his frame is different to mine and has a much FATTER chain and sprockets are twice the thickness of my bikes???. Since I have bought this bike I have had to replace:
The Exhaust(standard one broke)
The Carby(broke down in a week!)
All Wheel Bearings.
Petrol cap didnt screw down properly.
Fuel tank(Exhaust broke at rear bracket and touched on the fuel tank!!,slightly melting it!).
It is certainly fun but cost me nothing but money since purchaced!,I was an unfortunate who got a POORLY made chinese bike instead of a quality pocket bike thought it would be.

I'd say you have to put a bigger main jet in, can you get them where you live or just get and adjustable one.

Also we cant post ebay links, we can post the auction numbers though

How loose is the chain, if you kept it the right tension i'm sure it wont rub? you could probably get bigger sprokets? ie 7/74 willgive you a bit more speed too, is this frame the same as yours?

Yes Blah, that frame looks to be the same as mine!.I just put a few extra washers between the frame and bearing spacer, tensioned the chain a bit more I will have to test it out to see how it goes??.I also thought the power prob (could )be the jet in the carby too!,I will have to mail a few places around Australia and see if I can get a bigger jet for the STANDARD carby I am running.I also have a : TIMMING KEYWAY,HEAVY CLUTCH SPRINGS+ New REEDBLOCK on the way from www.pocketracer.com.au wich should improve things a little too ,jeez once you buy one of these bikes all you want to do is keep getting it to go faster!!!!.
