Lightbulb Buying my first Pocket Bike....How good is it for the price?

Hi Peoplez...I turn to you for your expertise once again...

I currently Own a BladeZ Gas Scooter With an ADA 49cc Pocket Bike Reed Conversion Kit (this exact one: http://www.adaracing.com/viewitem.ph...cat=pocketbike), Walbro WT-603 Carb Kit (http://www.adaracing.com/viewitem.ph...cat=pocketbike), K&N Air Filter, X-Can Exhaust System with X-port and a boost Bottle...

ANYWAYZ....lol

I have now caught the bug and want to buy my first pocket bike...possibly to race...I just wanted to know what you could tell me about this one...How good is it as far as price, reliability, what sort of parts or modifications I can do to it, what are the goods, what are the bads...? etc etc...Anyway...I have attached some pics and I am told the specs are as follows:

SAMURAI BLACK 47CC 2006 Model Pocket Bike HALF FAIRING
  • 47cc Engine
  • Chain driven
  • 10 inch tubeless slick tyres
  • Max Speed ~ 50km/h
  • Front and rear disc brakes
  • Fuel - 1:25 engine oil/unleaded petrol
  • 1L tank capacity
  • Air cooled
  • Manual pull start
  • Maximum load 100Kg
  • Centrifugal clutch

I can get the half faring in 47cc and the full faring one is exactly the same but a 49cc...I would be paying AUD $240 so around $180 USD...Hope you can help me out guys I'd really appreaciate it...

Cheers, Joe

I would go for the RSA as opposed to this. The RSA is just abit more. Plus if you want to race the kickstand will more than likely be in your way. However this is a great bike to begin with, as it is much easier to get to the engine to work on. Really boils down to preference.
