Cag Service

Total Newbie post here, and I apologize if this has been covered before (I did make an attempt to search the archives prior to posting)... I recently purchased 2 pocketbikes from a buyscooteronline *** com. One of the pocketbikes arrived fine and the other appeared to be fine, but after giving it the "once-over" I noticed the front axle and bolts were stripped.
I have tried to contact the company a few times, to see if they would send me a replacement axle, to no avail. Has anyone ever purchased anything from this company and been satisfied? Given that one of my pocketbikes is perfectly fine, I'm just assuming that this one was just a bit of a lemon.

This is the bike:

Based on the posts found on this site, I derived that it was a Cag-style with the Mitsubishi engine. I have not pulled the cylindar to check if its a 39cc or 49cc yet.

I'm not planning on racing it or anything, just wanna use it as my "pit bike" so no need to worry about any special hop-ups or aftermarkets.

If no one has dealt with the above company, a contact for stock replacemtn parts would be greatly apprecieated!

Thanx in advance!
