cags are 39cc and not 47cc?


i remember seeing an excellent post on this with pictures and everything, and now for the life of me i cant find it. Anyone know where it is or have the same pic, my frineds and i are tryin to find out what we've got.

just look on the cylinder head. If the last 3 or 4 fins are connected its 39cc. If it aint u are lucky as hell,you got the 47cc.

what do you mean connected, you mean connected to one another? the very last one is connected with the second to last one. im thinkin 47? or maybe its a 39? lol idk

There is nothing wrong with running the 39. It has less rotating mass, and is killer when modded. The 39 will give you more top end, but the big bore gives you more torque.

Sorry Bro! I have a race motor that was built in St.Catharines by a local guru. It's a port and polish job, what a jump from stock. She screams. I appologized because I'm not at liberty to say what's been done to it. He builds both bores, and the 39 is a couple km/h quicker on the top, but the bb has more torque off the line.

i bought a lucky 7 from ebay it says it comes with a 44mm head on the cylinder it saids zh44-6 does that mean i got a 44 mm head?

There is a thread in here somewhere that shows you a way to tell what size head you are running by looking at the fins.

The bbk boost ported and exhaust ported with fcsc gives you bad azz bottom mid and top.Mine absolutly is a beast for a cag.My son was on the track and a guy ask me was it a DM.I said it was a cag and he said no way.My son came to the pit and the guy had a big smile and said what ya do to it?Yes I told him..

You have a nice combo.
You must put some sort of tach on that thing to see how high she is reving.
Do you have an adjustable clutch?
