Exclamation Chain problem please help me!!!


Hi, i bought my pocket bike off the internet and i was driving it yesterday and the chain made this
wierd niose and smoke started to come out near the chain, i turned off the engine and the pocket bike does not
move now can someone please tell me how to fix this or what the problem is? thankz

Sounds like a clutch issue... pull your drum and see if anything looks out of place/warped/broken. Make sure your clutch springs are all adjusted to the same length and that your drum is not out-of-round. Riding cags at partial throtle tends to burn up pads.

He probably doesn't have a trick clutch.

One of your clutch springs is probably broken. Check em and buy a new set of four if needed.

chain smoking ( pardon the pun)

damage to the clutch or clutch housing or both has locked your engine remove the housing and replace anything broken the price is going to be about 30 to 60 to get you back running again
