Cheap bike, cheap paint.

The bike was looking a little plain. HAD to do somthing !!

Cheap bike (under $200) and a cheap paint job (under $10).

She is a monalisa (good from far but far from good).

Well?

LOL, that is what i was thinking.

This is krylon's Fusion paint. Its supposta be for plastic. Can say's, no sanding or prep. Didnt seem to stick too well when i was pulling the tape off but,i might have pulled it too soon.

It does lay down fairly well for a rattle can.Nice gloss, even layer. No runs.

Just need to get some red and white. Red for the brake light and white for the head lights.Maybe some pinstrip so i can outline the checks in the back to clean them up a little. Maybe print out some graffix? Was supposta be the 600rr scheme but, i think i missed it a bit. hehe.

Any other ideas on how to wake this thing up??

Re: Cheap bike, cheap paint.

I was thinking the same thing. Black out the frame and wheel but, leave the polish edge of the rim.
Not too sure if i want to black out the silencer or paint it yellow.

Yeah I agree black out the frame and rims. Use a flat coat instead of gloss for the rims and frame. Leave the
exhaust can red to add a little offest.
