DigiCam on the bars?

I've got a simple idea. I have a sony DSC-P73 still cam that can film almost 6 mins of mpeg video w/ sound. The bottom of the camera has a boss for a tripod to be used. Tomorrow I will find out what size thread it is, and design a bracket to mount on the bars and make sure to minimize vibrations as much as possible. Just a simple idea for some cool video clips. Wheelie's etc.. could be pretty sweet as well. i'll let you guys know what i find....
