How much would this effect my top end speed

How much would a low rear tire effect my top end speed? I am thinking it would effect it greatly but just am in need of a little assurance.

if you mean low pressure, then yes it will significantly lower your speed and takeoff.

yeah, if the tires low it wont cover the same distance in one revolution because it acts like a tire of a smaller diameter so your top end goes down.
