I have the engine with the gapped cooling fins

I am new to cags, and after reading some articles on "which engine do you have" I am a little confused. I have the block where the four lower cooling fins do not go all the way around. Is this the real 47cc or 49 cc engine (ihave read where people state both is true), and is this the big bore engine?

thats a 47cc -- not to familiar but may be a reed motor
