less power?

i bought a 44mm head kit with 4 port for my ff cag and it ran really wel and made it up my hill easily for the first 5 or six times. then it slowly started to decrease in power annow it can only make it abot 4/5ths up my hill.i took out the spark plug and it is probably the best ive ever seen. i am going to take my cylinder head off and take a look at the ring and wall. i just dont know what is going on.
