Smile modifying the Stock pipe cag exhaust

Hi,

Firstly congratulations to Admin for getting pbp backup so fast. Good job

I was reading a thread the other day about modifying the stock Exhaust for the 47cc cag. This involved cutting part of the header off and adding a section to the expansion chamber. I think the info was written by IP2.

Can IP2 or anyone else give me more info about this, i.e. how much to remove from the header and where to remove it from and how much length I should add to the expansion chamber?

Thanks in advance,

Richard

stock pipe mod

Hey check this out.
Just cut off the straight part right before the chamber(about an inch+)and weld it back together. It changes a lot. It's definately noticable. At least was for me.
I'm even thinking of cutting more off from the header.

be sure to clean out your whole pipe before u weld it together! if you don't it'll mess up the welding, making it bubbly.
