My 2 Boost Ports ,Exhaust Port, and Piston Window Port!!!

well right now my head and piston, is with chris from badazz...im gonna ask him if he can do it for me, but no responce yet.

should i get 1 or 2 boost ports? will any of this porting affect the bored part of the head?

Before this thread vanishes i'd like to post a little bit more info about porting, if it's off topic then i don't know what's on topic?

john this thread started about porting. All threads go off topic a few pages in. You want people to post on your thread try easing up a little. Whats on topic if porting is off topic?

I always appreciate Blah's input, I bought the A. G. Bell book because of his past comments on other threads.

Agreed, Blah and Boosted are providing valuable input here for people like yourself who aren't profesional 2T tuners. They're showing what to look for in a good port job so you don't get screwed. Take their help and input and remember every single word of it b/c if you walked into a 2T performance shop and said port this engine and tell me all you secrets and methods and reasons of what you're doing, they would laugh you out of the shop. 2T tuning tips are historically something that was guarded with your life and you never told anyone your tricks. The fact that Blah supplied pics for a 23cc zenoah engine is your point of being off topic iw way out of line b/c the engines are identical except for the cc's and the porting and info is 100% relavant and interchangable. Chill out, let us know when you have some actual test results from your new engine but untill then I think you should sit back and let this thread fill itself with valuable info and if anything start asking people questions. There's a lot to learn.

I took out the bike for a ride, I gave it gas off the start and the freaking front wheel pulled up...haha, I gave it full throttle later, and that thing sounds SOOO loud likes it going to explode, it hits top rpms WAYY faster...THANKS BOOSTED

I think my bike was louder to when I got a boost port and the exhaust port ported. Even with that my bike lifts up the tire fairly easily. Now all I need is the ADA Reedcage and the ADA Race Pipe.

spud all you have done to your bike is boost port, and ported exhaust port and your wheel comes up?

That and Ive ported my carb, bored my velocity stack, put on a filter and have it jetted spot on, runs good. When I say the wheel comes up, not like a big wheelie, the tire goes up like 4 inches if you just twist it when you in the power band. But if your in the power band and lean back a little bit and twist it it will put you on you butt pretty fast if your not careful.

To whomever did the port work and piston port, AWSOME. You do incredibly meticulous work. Are doing these jobs for anyone? If so I`m in. Just PM me please.

Thats good. Been busy with the newborn and possibly (if we come together on price/terms) buying a new shop.

Wish I had a mill. My machinist vise and drill press are only so good. This work looks awsome. Who did this work? I have a design mod I`d like him to try for me.

Yeh, his work is unbelieveable for that price, its really cheap, I cant wait until I get a tach and see what rpms im really hitting and top speed, I will try the ip2 pipe tomorrow, CANT WAIT, probably install it tonight, get it tuned, ride it tomorrow...

Also HOSS, Boosted306 did my porting, greaet guy, service, qaulity, and best of all, Im really happy with his work, the way he dealed with me, and the porting he did...
